The vision is simply this : to raise up, mentor and train 50,000 Christian young people in the next five years who are totally and radically sold out to Jesus Christ and to send them forth across the length and breadth of Jamaica to minister to their fellow unsaved youth in evangelism, mentoring (discipleship) and peer counselling. These Christian youth will be recruited from all the various Christian denominations and churches of
1. They must express a personal commitment to Jesus as their Saviour and Lord and be radically sold out to Him.
2. They must be following Jesus with their whole lives exhibiting a vital relationship with Him.
3. They must be exemplary in character, that is, be persons of integrity.
4. They must be willing to share their faith with others, anywhere, at anytime and with anyone.
5. They must be persons of courage who are willing to take a stand for righteousness, truth and justice especially among their fellow youth but not restricted to them.
6. They must be teachable and willing to teach and invest in others what they have been learning from the Lord.
7. They must be willing to die for what they believe!
